The Aximax Assist service is suitable for both fleet and private motorists and is operated in conjunction with a Motoring Legal Expenses policy.

The assistance card provided with this service will guarantee a 24 hr service from the Aximax Control Centre in the event of a motor vehicle accident. Our team of helpful experienced claims operators are on hand to assist drivers with their claim, dealing with their vehicle damage, hire, 24hr recovery and onward travel if required.

Recovery in the event of a non driveable accident, assistance with onward travel and a replacement like for like vehicle in the event of fault or non fault accident, all within 48 hours. Breakdown assistance can also form part of the Aximax Assist service at extra cost.

Should the accident be deemed non fault, the Aximax Legal assistance team will recover your losses with no up front fees, including personal injury, policy excess, loss of use, loss of vehicle value etc. Included in this service is £50,000 worth of legal expenses cover and the replacement vehicle.
